Who we are. PayPortPro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) invoicing and settlement platform operated by Website Solutions LLC (collectively, “PayPortPro”, “we”, “us”). We provide tools that help U.S. businesses accept card payments via Stripe and (optionally) convert payouts via MoonPay to stablecoins (e.g., USDC, RLUSD, PYUSD). We act as middleware and do not hold or transmit customer funds.

Key point: We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account numbers, government IDs, or KYC information. Those are handled by our regulated partners (Stripe/MoonPay) under their own privacy policies.

1) Information We Collect

  • Merchant Account Data (you give us): business name, business email, business address, Stripe Connect account ID, MoonPay integration identifiers, preferred wallet addresses (e.g., XRPL/ETH), and settings you configure in the dashboard.
  • Invoice Metadata (generated by you): invoice ID, amounts, currency, timestamps, status (paid/unpaid), conversion selection, fee breakdowns. We do not require buyer PII; please avoid entering customer personal data into free-text fields.
  • Operational & Support: support tickets, logs, and limited analytics (IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed) for security and service improvement.
  • Marketing/Waitlist (optional): name and email you submit to receive updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Important: We do NOT collect, store, or process payment credentials, bank account numbers, or identity/KYC documents. All such sensitive data is handled directly by trusted third-party providers (Stripe and MoonPay). PayPortPro never receives full card or KYC data.

2) How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the service (account creation, invoicing, dashboards).
  • Connect your Stripe and MoonPay accounts per your instructions.
  • Show transaction summaries and exports (e.g., CSV for accounting).
  • Secure the platform (fraud monitoring, abuse prevention, debugging).
  • Communicate service notices, onboarding tips, and product updates (you can opt out of marketing emails).

Legal bases (where applicable): contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (to secure/improve), and consent (for marketing).

3) What We Don’t Do

  • We don’t store card numbers or bank account numbers.
  • We don’t perform KYC or keep copies of government IDs.
  • We don’t act as a money transmitter or custodian of funds.
  • We don’t sell your personal information.

4) Sharing & Disclosures

We share limited information only as needed to operate our service:

  • Processors / Service Providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, logging, error monitoring—bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Integrations You Connect: Stripe (payments), MoonPay (conversion). These parties act under their own privacy policies and may be independent controllers for data you provide to them.
  • Legal: to comply with law, protect rights, security, and prevent fraud.
  • Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with appropriate safeguards.

5) Data Security

Encryption

TLS in transit; encrypted storage for sensitive configuration values.

Access Controls

Role-based access; least-privilege; audit logging.

Data Minimization

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

Vendor Diligence

We review critical vendors for security posture and compliance.

6) Data Retention

  • Account & billing records: for the life of the account and up to 7 years thereafter to meet tax/accounting rules.
  • Invoice metadata: typically 7 years (accounting/records).
  • Logs: typically 90 days (security/operational).
  • Marketing list: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

7) Your Rights

Subject to your location’s laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information and opt out of marketing emails at any time. We may take steps to verify your request. Contact us at privacy@payportpro.com.

California (CPRA): We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by CPRA. You may submit requests using the contact methods below.

EEA/UK: If applicable, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8) Cookies & Analytics

We use limited first-party cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to operate and improve the service. Where required, we present a consent banner. You can control cookies via your browser settings.

9) International Transfers

We operate in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers where required.

10) Children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11) Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-product notice.

12) Contact

If you connect Stripe or MoonPay, please review their privacy policies as they are independent data controllers for information you provide to them.

Appendix: Third-Party Integrations

  • Stripe: payment processing & payouts (PCI/KYC handled by Stripe).
  • MoonPay: conversion to stablecoins & associated compliance/KYC.
  • Wallets: merchant-provided wallet addresses (e.g., Xumm, MetaMask, Upay—per your settings; we store addresses you supply).
  • Email/Support & Hosting: reputable providers for transactional email, ticketing, cloud infrastructure, and logging.
